Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and uninstalled

• In their original packaging, with all tags, components, and accessories intact

• Free from any wear, damage, or alteration

• Accompanied by a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Installed or used faucets

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Final sale or clearance products

• Items returned without authorization

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, credited to your original method of payment. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a Wish Aware error.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Email photos and a brief description to [email protected]. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately. If the item has not yet shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the item has already shipped, our standard return procedure will apply.
